An inspirational Certified Career Coach, Speaker & Social Entrepreneur for over 10 years, Natascha Saunders is a life changer. She coaches youth & professionals in: continuing education, career selection, interviewing, resumes, goal-setting, personal vision, networking, and image. Natascha is an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Career Services at Boston University School of Management, Adjunct Faculty for the University of Rhode Island Women's Studies Department, a member of the Education Committee for NAACP Boston Branch and CEO/Founder of The Youth Career Coach Incorporated.

In the year 1999, while attending the University of Massachusetts at Amherst she discovered her passion for Image Consulting. As a result, she was the creator of a Bachelor Degree Interdisciplinary (BDIC) area of study for UMASS-Amherst entitled, "Independent Image Consulting" and proudly class of 2001. Natascha used courses from the Isenberg School of Management, School of Public Health & Health Science as well as the Department of Consumer Studies which gave her a solid academic and practical foundation she has today.

Prior to focusing on coaching, Natascha's professional background consisted of retail experience with Neiman Marcus, Ann Taylor, Filene's and Macy's; fitness industry experience with Bally's Total Fitness, Boston Sports Club and Reggie Lewis Track & Athletic Center; and financial services experience with State Street Research & Management and A.G Edwards & Sons Inc./Wachovia Securities.

Academic establishments such as: Harvard University, Brown University, Providence College, Simmons College, Natick High School, The Met School, Paul Cuffee, Community Academy and The Fenway have all hosted Natascha as a guest speaker for their student body. She has spoken and served on panels for some of the nation's most prominent organizations including: 85 Broads, the Links Inc., Girls Scouts of America, TJX Corporations and (PWC) Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Natascha has engaged in many interviews with the media such as: Boston - Bay State Banner, The Rhode Island Providence American, The Fall-Rivers Herald News, The Pepper Bird Magazine, Point Magazine, Local RI Cox Cable and Local MA BNN Cable, NYC Avenue Pink Radio, and ABC Channel 5 CityLine. Natascha has also been featured in Working Mother Magazine Online & Color Magazine USA sharing career tips to parents for their children.

Natascha received a senate citation for the completion of Leadership for a Future Training Program under the Institute for Labor Studies and Research and The National Conference for Community & Justice. She has also served as Miss Black Rhode Island 2006 and 2007 under the Miss Black USA Scholarship Pageant.

Natascha's education also includes: an MBA in Global Business Leadership from Johnson & Wales University, an Executive MS in Leadership from Northeastern University and she is currently pursuing her Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership & Communication from Northeastern University.

Natascha is a member of the National Career Development Association, Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches, National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity, Sigma Epsilon Rho Honor Society, African American Women in Higher Education and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.

Natascha has coached and mentored 1000's of students and professionals. Natascha is single and lives in the New England area, where she enjoys tennis, reading and cooking. Natascha's motto is: "BE WHAT IT IS YOU WANT TO ATTRACT!"
